What exactly is a Virtual Office? And why should I book with Teeberg?
A virtual office offers you a business address or company headquarters without having to rent a physical office. It is ideal for self-employed people, start-ups and companies who want to present themselves professionally without high rental costs. With the Teeberg Virtual Office, you not only get a prestigious business address at Kollwitzstr. 76 in a central location in Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin, but you also get a reliable contact person who takes care of all aspects of the virtual office.
Can I also use the virtual office as a physical office?
You are welcome to visit us. We offer coworking and office space as well as meeting rooms. We are currently renovating to increase our capacity for workspaces. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of space at this time. Additional fees apply for working on site. Please contact us using the contact form if you would like to work here.
How do I receive my mail?
We offer two different packages.
1. Postal address
Weforward your mail to an address of your choice every day, free of charge.
2. Virtual office
Your mail is scanned daily and forwarded to you by email free of charge – fast, convenient, and preferred by 99% of our customers. We also store your mail for you free of charge. This option is particularly suitable if you use the Virtual Office as your company headquarters, as the tax office usually requires company documents to be kept at the company headquarters. If you would also like to have your mail forwarded physically – e.g., monthly or annually – we charge a fee of €10 plus postage per shipment.
Will the authorities accept the virtual office as the official address for my company?
Yes. With a virtual office from Teeberg, you can officially register your company with the commercial register, trade office, or even for tax purposes. Authorities generally accept our address as a business address as long as the legal requirements are met. Important: Our address is the place where you can be reached by mail. However, it may not be specified as the place of management or business premises if you actually conduct your business activities elsewhere. When completing the tax registration questionnaire, you must therefore state the actual location of your management – this part is only visible to the tax office. Providing false information is a criminal offense.
This allows you to benefit from a prestigious business address in the city center without the obligations of a physical branch or permanent place of business, while protecting your private address from the public.
Can I also include the address on my website or in my legal notice?
Yes, you can use our address in your legal notice, on your website and in official documents. It is important to note the difference between a business address and a company headquarters:
Business address
The business address is included in both packages - the postal address package and the Virtual Office package. It serves as a professional address that you can use for business correspondence, invoices and public information such as your legal notice.
Company headquarters
The company headquarters is included exclusively in the Virtual Office package. You can officially enter this address as your company's registered office with the commercial register and tax office. So if you only use the postal address package, you can use the address for business purposes, but you cannot register it as your company's official registered office. If you would like to set up your company with our Virtual Office or relocate, you will need the Virtual Office package.

How long has Teeberg been around - and how secure is my address in the future?
Teeberg has been around since 2023 – founded with the aim of offering you a long-term, stable business address and saving you frequent address changes, notary fees, and bureaucracy. Our leases always run for at least 10 years. For you, this means you can rely on your Teeberg address for the long term. We renew our leases well before they expire—at least 5 years in advance. So you don't have to worry about your address suddenly disappearing or having to move at short notice. That's exactly why Teeberg was founded: for lasting security.
How does identity verification work at Teeberg - and what is it for?
After booking your desired package, we carry out a digital identity verification, which usually takes less than 2 minutes. This ensures that your details are correct and that we can activate your virtual office within just 5 minutes. At the same time, we use a discreet KYC process in the background to ensure that only reputable and trustworthy companies use a virtual office through Teeberg. This protects not only us, but also our customers. Nobody wants to share a business address with an opaque company.
