Can I use the Virtual Office as my company's registered address in Berlin?
Yes. With the Virtual Office package, you can officially register Kollwitzstr. 76 as your company's registered address – with the commercial register, trade office, and tax authorities. This applies to all legal forms: GbR, OHG, UG, GmbH, gGmbH, GmbH & Co. KG, AG, and SE. Your address will then be without "c/o": Your Company Name, Kollwitzstr. 76, 10435 Berlin. The registered office is exclusively included in the Virtual Office package, not in the Mailing Address package. Yes. You can provide our address to the tax office as your business address. It's important to note: Our address is where you can be reached by mail. In the tax registration questionnaire, you must also provide the actual location of your business management – this part is only visible to the tax office. For example, if you work from home, the tax office in your place of residence is usually responsible. False information is punishable by law. This way, you benefit from a representative business address in the city center, without the obligations of a physical branch, and protect your private address from public view. How do I receive my mail?

1. Mail Address We forward your mail physically to an address of your choice daily, free of charge.
2. Virtual Office Your mail is scanned daily and forwarded to you by email free of charge – fast, practical, and preferred by 99% of customers. Additionally, we store your mail for you free of charge. This option is particularly suitable if you use the Virtual Office as your registered office, as the tax authorities generally require company documents to be kept at the registered office. If you also wish to have your mail physically forwarded – e.g., monthly or annually – we charge a fee of €10 plus postage per shipment.
Can I use the address in the imprint and for commercial register entry?
Yes, you can use our address in your imprint, on your website, and in official documents. It's important to note the difference between a business address and a registered office: The business address is included in both packages and serves as a professional address for business correspondence, invoices, and public information such as your imprint. The registered office is exclusively included in the Virtual Office package – you can officially register this address with the commercial register and the tax office. Can I use the Virtual Office during the formation phase?
Yes, you can also use our Virtual Office for your company during its formation. You can provide our address as your registered office during formation – both to the notary and for commercial register entry. We will receive your mail immediately after booking and forward it as requested, regardless of whether the formation is complete. If you don't have a business account yet, you can initially use a private account – once your business account is set up, we will adjust the invoice accordingly.
