Is the address actually valid for service of process?
Yes. All of our addresses are valid for service of process. This means that government agencies, courts, and business partners can legally serve documents to you at these addresses. Mail is collected daily.
Can I use this to register my business in the commercial register?
Yes, with the All-Inclusive Package. Your company name will appear directly on the mailbox (without a "c/o" notation), which is required for the commercial register entry.
What is the difference between "c/o" and "without c/o"?
With the Mailing Address and Virtual Office packages, your name appears with a "c/o" notation (e.g., c/o Teeberg GmbH). With the All-Inclusive package, your company name appears on its own on the mailbox. An entry in the commercial register is only possible without the "c/o" notation.
What types of business entities can I register?
The All-Inclusive Package covers all business structures: GmbH, UG, KG, OHG, GbR, sole proprietorships, and others. The All-Inclusive Package is the only option suitable for business registration, Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and tax office filings.

What happens to my mail?
With the Virtual Office and All-Inclusive packages, your mail is scanned daily and sent to you digitally. With the Mail Forwarding package, your mail is physically forwarded (€1.50 per letter plus shipping costs).

Yes. All plans can be canceled at any time. With the annual plan, you save up to 20%, but you're locked in for 12 months.
