Where do I register my business (Gewerbe)?
You register your business where you actually work. For everything the outside world sees, you use the Teeberg address.
How do I move my existing registered office to Teeberg?
Moving a registered office in the commercial register requires a shareholder resolution and a notarized filing with the responsible local court. As soon as your Virtual Office package is active, you can give the new address to your notary.
Will my notary use this address for the incorporation?
Yes. With the Virtual Office package you can give Kollwitzstr. 76 to your notary as the registered office, for all legal forms: GbR, OHG, UG, GmbH, gGmbH, GmbH & Co. KG, AG and SE.
What is the difference between a registered office and a mail address at Teeberg?
The registered office is included in the Virtual Office and the All-inclusive package and can be used for the commercial register. The mail address (Postanschrift) is suitable for your Impressum, invoices and mail, but not for the commercial register entry.
