What is the difference between monthly and annual payment?
With monthly payment there is no minimum term and you can cancel monthly. With annual payment the contract runs for 12 months, is billed in advance and costs around 20% less per month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay no setup fee, and your company sign on the mailbox is included in every plan. All prices are net prices plus VAT.
How does booking work, and when is the address active?
- Choose a plan and book online, which takes about five minutes.
- Confirm your identity with an ID card or passport and grant the postal power of attorney.
- Use your address: after the check it is active within 5 minutes, and your company sign is on the mailbox.
Would you like to see the building first? Viewings take place every Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm.
Which plan is right for me?
The Mail address fits if you are self-employed or a freelancer and need an address for your imprint, website and invoices. It is not sufficient for the commercial register. GmbH, UG and all other registered companies choose the Virtual Office: it includes the registered office, daily mail scanning and office space on demand. All inclusive pays off if you use meeting rooms regularly and need a Berlin phone number.

Which plan do I need for the notary, the commercial register and the tax office?
The Virtual Office or All inclusive. With both you give Kollwitzstraße 76 to the notary as your registered office and have it entered in the commercial register, for all legal forms. With the tax office you use it as your business address and also state where your management is located. The Mail address is not meant for this.

Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can switch to a larger plan at any time, for example from the Mail address to the Virtual Office as soon as you need a registered office for the commercial register.
Is the relocation service for my registered office included in the price?
On the annual Virtual Office and All inclusive plans it is included at no extra cost, on monthly plans it is not available. We prepare the commercial register filing, the notifications to authorities and the mail forwarding order. You pay the notary and register court fees directly to them.
