What we handle for your move
Moving into a virtual office takes around ten steps. Only three of them must be done by the managing director personally. We take care of all the others.
Commercial register, prepared up to your signature
We prepare the filing of your new business address with the commercial register (Handelsregister) and, if you wish, arrange a notary who holds the appointment by video. You do not have to go anywhere.
Authorities informed
Ready-made notifications for the tax office, the employment agency, the trade association and the social security contribution service, plus our address confirmation.
Mail without a gap
We prepare the Deutsche Post forwarding order. From the cut-off date, mail sent to your old address arrives with us and is scanned daily.
Customers and partners
Templates for customers, suppliers, bank and insurance, plus a checklist for your Impressum, invoices, email signature and Google profile.
One dedicated contact
In the relocation check by phone we set the legal form, old address and cut-off date. After that your contact stays the same until everything is switched over.

Four reasons to move
You are giving up your office
The lease is ending, the team works remotely. The representative address stays, and you book meeting rooms in the building whenever you need them.
You are moving your seat to Berlin
Your GmbH or UG is currently based in another city. The change of articles and the transfer to the new register run through the notary, entirely by video. Afterwards the Charlottenburg local court is responsible.
You are switching providers
Your current virtual office no longer fits. We set the cut-off date to match your notice period so that no letter gets lost.
Your private address should disappear
Your company still runs through your home address. After the move, only your company name and Kollwitzstraße 76 appear in the Impressum and the register extract.

What does the relocation service include?
Your relocation plan with a cut-off date, the prepared commercial register filing including the video appointment with the notary, ready-made notifications for the tax office, employment agency, trade association and contribution service, the prepared mail forwarding order and templates for customers, suppliers, bank and insurance. Plus a dedicated contact until everything is switched over.
What does the relocation service cost?
It is free with the annual Virtual Office plan at €63/month plus VAT and with the annual All inclusive plan at €239/month. It is not available on the monthly plan. Notary and register court fees you pay directly to them, they do not go to us.
Can I change my GmbH's address without a notary?
No. The filing with the commercial register must be certified by a notary. Since August 2022 this works online by video for GmbH and UG, so you do not have to visit a notary. If your GmbH stays in Berlin, the register court charges €45, plus the notary's fees, usually €100 to €150 in total. On request we arrange a notary who offers the online procedure.
How do I move my GmbH's registered office to Berlin?
If your GmbH comes from another city, its statutory seat changes. The shareholders resolve the change of articles, the notary certifies it and files it with the commercial register. If the resolution is unanimous, this has been possible entirely by video since August 2023. Afterwards the Charlottenburg local court is responsible and your company receives a new HRB number. At the notary and the court this costs more than a plain change of address, typically a few hundred euros.
Where do I register my trade, and does my tax office change?
You register your trade (Gewerbe) where you actually work. For everything external you use the Teeberg address. Your tax office depends on where your management is located. You notify it of the new address, and you receive the notification and our address confirmation ready to send.
What happens to mail sent to my old address?
A Deutsche Post forwarding order redirects it to Kollwitzstraße 76. We prepare it, you approve it. We scan this mail from day one like all other mail. The Deutsche Post fee you pay directly to them.
